Description
The EU Space Support Office (EUSSO) supports communication, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and user uptake activities related to EU space data and services on behalf of the European Commission.
Within the project, ALSO Space contributes to the animation of the EU Space Networks, editorial and multimedia communications including the EU Space Observer, operation of the EU Space Helpdesk, and outreach activities engaging stakeholders across the EU space ecosystem. These activities support the visibility and uptake of EU space data and services among academia, industry, startups, research institutions, public authorities, and citizens.
Results
Animating the EU Space Networks, formerly the Copernicus Networks, bringing together more than 300 members across 63 countries from academia, industry, startups, research institutions, and public authorities
Organising webinars, videoconferences, and General Assemblies supporting collaboration and knowledge exchange across the EU space ecosystem
Producing editorial and multimedia communications, including the EU Space Observer and podcasts
Supporting and participating in events and conferences across Europe to promote the uptake and use of EU space data and services
Operating the EU Space Helpdesk to respond to questions related to EU space data and services from citizens, businesses, academia, researchers, media, and public authorities
